Just returned from weekend at Black Hall Lodges, we really enjoyed our stay very peaceful and relaxing, great views and enjoyed the walks from the site using the guides provided in the lodge. Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean, well appointed and spacious lodges. We will be visiting again to recharge our batteries soon!!

It has all you want for that peaceful quiet break. The staff are lovely, friendly and the lodges are perfect. We have been three times now, twice with just myself and my wife and the third time with our 7 year old twins. Perfect every time.

I would with no doubt at all recommend Black Hall Lodges to my friends and family. Sharon was extrmeley welcoming, and went over and above the normal levels of hospitality to ensure we had a pleasurable stay with as little disruption as possible due to the adverse weather.

I would like to say how Black Hall is a totally wonderful relaxing experience, made even more so this time by the addition of swimming pool and fitness/games facilities, with Andrews warm welcome and attention to detail and the glorious views, great walking etc, but if I tell everyone that, then everyone else will want to go!!

This is a truly luxurious holiday! The cabins are spacious, beautifully furnished and well spaced, the view is fabulous and the facilities (i.e hot tubs, swimming pool and recreation facilities) are the best we've seen! Definitely a place to return to again and again!

The holiday was actually much better than the brochure suggested. It was a very exclusive location with only a few brand new lodges alongside the heated swimming pool (with sauna) and an adjacent family games room. The scenery is beautiful with plenty of scope to explore on foot especially 'Offas Dyke', the best preserved section of which is only 30 minutes walk from the lodges. It's a family run park with everything done to a very high standard - perfect for a relaxing holiday to get away from it all.

We love the peace and quiet setting. It is the best place to have time out to recharge yourself. The owners and staff there are so helpful and make you feel so welcome. We have been to Black Hall for the last four years as it has always been a fabulous rest for us each time we go!

If you love views and require a relaxing holiday, Black Hall is the place to go. It has spectacular views, friendly staff, local shops and plenty of activities however you will need a car. The Lodges are amazing with log fires and all have a private hot tub.

The location and lodge were superb - sitting in the hot tub on the veranda, surrounded by the moon and stars is to be recommended for instant de-stress. The owners were very helpful and informative, and all the ingredients are there for a marvellous, relaxing break - many thanks to you all!

What a fantastic place! The lodge was brilliant with all the mod cons needed. I don't really want to tell everyone as it such a good holiday spot, and will be booking again so want to make sure there is space!
